We had the most stunning view from our terrace, overlooking the charming streets of the town. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with a touch of Matera's unique style. The breakfast served in the courtyard was delightful, with fresh and delicious options. We received excellent local tips and guidance from the lovely Maria, who ensured our stay was memorable. Corte San Leonardo provided a truly unforgettable experience.

our second stay in matera was even better than the first. corte san leonardo exceeded our expectations with its attention to detail and amazing hospitality. the breakfast on the roof terrace was the perfect way to start each day. the host, maria, made us feel so welcome and the view from the terrace was breathtaking.

The breakfast at Corte San Leonardo was superb, with a delicious spread and a personal touch from the hosts. Tina and Eva were phenomenal hosts, kind, pleasant, and helpful. the location was fantastic, with majestic views from the terrace. We also enjoyed hanging out in the garden terrace during the evenings, listening and dancing to great music from concerts next door. the soundproofing in the room was impressive, as we couldn't hear any noise from the outside. it felt like a home away from home for us.

We had a small window in our room that provided a view of the historical surroundings. the room itself was nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed, as well as a well-equipped bathroom. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable. the breakfast offered a variety of freshly baked bread, pastries, fruits, and yogurt, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The Wi-Fi connection was spotty, which was a bit inconvenient.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We stayed at Corte San Leonardo for a relaxing weekend getaway. The terrace offered breathtaking views of the city, especially at sunset. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious Italian breakfast in the charming inner courtyard. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a covered carpark within walking distance. Highly recommended!

It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. Plus, the view from our room was breathtaking, especially at sunset. One of the best aspects of our stay was the warm hospitality of the staff. They were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The pillows in our room were just too hard for my liking. I ended up using the decorative pillow from the bed, which was much more comfortable.

Absolutely loved this place! The eco-vibe in the nicely designed rooms was a great touch. The location was excellent with a superb view and close to attractions. The breakfast was by far the best we had during our holiday, with fresh and incredibly tasty options.
